TriboCoating® PTFE is a dry lubricant that is primarily used in low to medium load ranges. Due to its very low coefficients of friction, it is used in non-stick and noise reduction applications.

How do we apply PTFE anti friction coatings

PTFE lubricants can be applied in bulk processes as a mass coating process or in a rack process. Pre-treatment of the materials includes blasting and Zn phosphating. In combination with galvanic Zn-Ni surfaces or Zn flake coatings, corrosion resistances of over 720 hours in the salt spray test in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9227 can be achieved.
