Electrical insulation coatings
Our electrically insulating coating system eSOLATE® efficiency is extremely effective and impresses with its very good dielectric properties in thinner layer structures. We can offer this coating combination in large volumes at an attractive price.
The selection of a suitable electrically insulating coating system is mainly determined by the required dielectric strength, the component geometry, the surface finish, the type of metal processing of the component and the thermal conductivity. These technical requirements often have to be balanced against economic efficiency. With eSOLATE® efficiency, we offer a coating system that meets various requirements.
with high dielectric strength in thin layers
Shift system description
eSOLATE® efficiency is a two-layer powder coating system for the electrical insulation of built-in parts. Thanks to our decades of experience in series coating, we achieve true-to-scale insulating layers with extremely reliable adhesion.
eSOLATE® efficiency is a universal high-voltage insulation system. Various coating media from different suppliers are used. Also according to your specifications. This coating system can be reliably applied between 90µm-250µm for different dielectric strength requirements.
Universal coating process for the electrical insulation of components in battery modules, battery packs, battery storage systems and other components in high-voltage areas.

Performance and efficiency
We compared the dielectric strength of eSOLATE® efficiency in a benchmark with our other coating systems. In most comparisons, this high-voltage insulating coating showed very convincing performance with thinner coating thicknesses of up to 250 µm. This requirement is accompanied by improved heat dissipation, which is due to the reduced coating thickness and the optimization of the thermal conductivity of the powder coating system.
By using a high-capacity inline coating system, we enable a short throughput time and minimized component handling.

Masking is a crucial step in the powder coating process in order to specifically exclude certain areas from the coating. Heat-resistant adhesive tapes, silicone covers or plugs are used to reliably protect sensitive or functional surfaces - even with complex geometries.
This method protects threads, sealing surfaces, contact points and fits from unwanted coating and thus ensures the full functionality of the components after the painting process.
Professional masking is largely responsible for the quality, accuracy of fit and aesthetic appearance of the end product. At the same time, it reduces the amount of reworking required and minimizes rejects.
We coat eSOLATE® highV in a fully automated powder coating system. The pre-treatment runs through an 8-stage wet-chemical process that is tailored to your component requirements.
