How do we apply MoS2 anti friction coatings

MoS₂ bonded coatings can be applied in bulk processes, as a mass coating process or in a rack process. Blasting treatment and Zn phosphating are used to pre-treat the materials. In combination with galvanic ZnNi surfaces or Zn flake coatings, corrosion resistances of over 720 hours can be achieved in the salt spray test in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9227.
