Accounting / Controlling Clerk (m/f/x)
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time Accounting / Controlling Clerk (m/f/d) for our Wickede (Ruhr) location at the earliest possible date.
Your tasks
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Payment transactions, receivables management and monitoring
Assistance with the monthly advance VAT returns and determining the figures for the annual VAT return
Support with liquidity planning
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Independent preparation of evaluations and statistics, as well as preparation of monthly reports
Participation in the optimization of processes in the specialist area
Your profile
Commercial training with adequate further training, e.g. as a tax clerk or accountant
Relevant professional experience in the field of accounting/controlling
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
Ideally knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and PowerBI program
Independent, conscientious and structured way of working
Sense of responsibility, flexibility and strong communication skills
Open and team-oriented personality
